8. ORDER TRACKING

9. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
We strongly recommend customers:
record an unboxing video
take clear photos of the parcel and products
within 48 hours of delivery.
This helps us resolve issues related to:

tampered packaging
Important:
If the package appears:

opened
tampered
please do not accept the delivery and immediately contact our support team.
Claims without proper unboxing proof may not qualify for resolution.
10. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available on selected serviceable pin codes within India.
Tessoro reserves the right to:
disable COD for certain locations
restrict COD on high-value orders
request prepaid confirmation for suspicious orders
Customers repeatedly refusing COD orders may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
11. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
