At Tessoro, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In case of customized or made-to-order jewellery, additional processing time may be required. Customers will be informed accordingly.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
At present, international shipping is not available.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered, any applicable convenience charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate while placing your order. Tessoro shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately with photographs of the package so we can investigate the issue.
